Policy in ts environment

Newbie question.

I have a Win2003 terminal server environment.
TS Server was joined to an AD domain controller.
Now on TS Server i would like to create a user template, using group policy.
This template would be a very restricted user, with some desktop icons, a
printer and logoff option.

How can i do this?

The following article explains how to apply policies to a terminal server.
You will need to use the loopback setting so that the policies assigned to
the terminal server override the policies that the user would have when
logging on to the domain.
