Pocket Pc Focus indication in Compact Framework

I have noticed that buttons, checkboxes, and radio buttons do not
display any focus rectangles (dotted line around border or thick button
border) in the compact framework. Does anyone know how I can get this
behavior? Is there a way to turn it on?

You only get this behavior from version 5 and onwards.
