at my work, when i open "Add/Remove New Hardware" in
control panel, "You Don't have sufficient prevelige".
my question is: Can I purchase and blug Flash disk in this
computer to carry my files to my home, or i still see this
message.my operating system is windows 2000.

Depends on what rights sys.administrator has granted for yr log on, why not
ask them in yr IT dept.

You had better treat the computer like it is the property of your work
and not your own (nein der deine), unless you own the business (du/sie
besitzen angelegenheit). It sounds like it may be a workstation on a
network. Windows 2000 can set up users with different types of
privileges. Your user account doesn't have privileges (kein
vergünstigungen), perhaps because the "administrator" has made you a
"user"(benutzer) and not an "administrator" (verwaltung) or a "power
user" (gewalt benutzer) or a "backup operator" (kopien bediener). You
can't install (nein installieren) legacy devices (erbschaft apparat) at
the level you are at now. You had better just ask your boss
(fragen befehlshaber) or someone in the IT dept (techniker) about your
request before you get fired (arbeitslos). Du/Sie hoffentlich verstehen.
