pls help: web cam not working with MSN Messenger

I installed a Logitech QuickCam Messenger web cam. It
seems MSN Messenger 6.0 can't capture the video. I can
see the other end's picture, but they ( myself too)can
only see a black picture.

I can use Logitech's software to make video, so the web
cam is working.

Any help is appreciated!

Greetings Lucy,

You may just need to go through the Audio/Video Tuning Wizard to select your webcam (it may
be set on some other device you have). To do so, simply click the Tools menu, then
Audio/Video Tuning Wizard and go through the wizard to test and select your camera.
