In “Plus! Analog Recorder†I have a record setting under input channel call
“What U hear†How did I get that setting? I am trying to install the same
settings in 6 other Computers (Window XP) using Microsoft Plus! Digital Media
Edition but with know luck. I am not sure if “What U hear†is software driven
or hardware driven?

Probably both. The software provides the option but probably only if the
hardware supports it. You might check the soundcard manufacturer's websites
for the latest XP compatible drivers. If that doesn't do it, check the
options in "Plus Analog Recorder" to see if it is individually selectable.
If not, I'd say you likely need a card that supports the feature.
