I made a movie about a year ago with pictures of my family. Since then there
has been a fire and has destroyed my pictures. I would now like to capture
the actual picture from the movie and save so that I can Print an actual
photo out. Is this possible.

Papajohn maybe went to bed? :)
Misty what papajohn suggested is actually quite easy.
1) Import the video from the CDR into Movie Maker (Make sure you do NOT have
a checkmark next to "Create clips for video files"
2) Play the video in the preview window pausing at the first image you want
to create a picture for.
3) Click the "Take Picture" button (it is the rightmost button at the bottom
of the preview screen)
4) A window will open giving you the option of saving the picture in JPG
format.
5) Give the picture a name and click SAVE
6) Repeat this process through the entire video and you will then have all
your pictures stored as JPG's on our computer.
