Please help with unidentifiable blue screen Stop Error after Checkdisk

After running Checkdisk I get a blue screen with a Stop Error which says:

0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0XF7BA91D, 0XF7A66C38, 0XF1A66938)

FS_REC.SYS Address F76A951D base at F7BA9000 Datestamp 367618361

I've done a search on the MS Knowledge Base but this error hasn't shown up.
My system runs smoothly, except my interent connection drops sometimes. I'm
virus-free and regularly defrag.

Anyone know what this error is and how I can fix it please?
