Please Help!!! The page cannot be displayed

I get his on certain pages only, but I know for sure that
these pages are up and running. I have adjusted the
security settings and all other things. I have tried using
other browsers, checked my broadband connections settings,
only thing left is to pull my hair out. Please somebody
help me!

go to this site(if you can),and look for the fix that
says unable to view certain web sites,click it and open
it,should fix it for you.

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS

I have this same problem trying to get to any geocities
site. This is incredibly aggrevating. I hope someone
will help.
