Please help: Q-Fan control P4B533-E

Hi!

Q-Fan turned on, 11/15 ratio.
I've got a problem with my P4B533-E (with Intel P4 2,4GHZ boxed fan):
The rotation speed does not go down more than 2300rpm though the CPU
temperature is just 38°C and MB is about 40°C.

What can I do to set the minimum speed lower? I have the Power and the
CPU-Fan running on the mainboard fan connectors.

Hermann,

To reduce the minimum speed of your CPU fan, set your Q-Fan to a lower
ratio. I have mine set to 8/15 and once Q-Fan kicks in, the CPU fan
is almost inaudible.
