Please Help - Multilingual User Interface Pack

Dear Gurus,

I have been trying hard to see if the Multilingual User Interface Pack can
be installed on a stand alone XP Pro with the Select MS Volume Key without
much success. will someone please shed some light on this.

I will be gratefull for any help.

The Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI) is an add-on to the
English version of Windows XP Professional only. The MUI
is available for corporate customers through volume licensing
contracts and is not available in a retail package.
