I wrote in a while back telling you all that I had a few
games that i couldn't play one of the games give me this
error message ISX_ERR BADWINDOWS VERSION ENTRY NOT FOUND
IN THE STRING TABLE ARTHURS KNIGHTS GAME and also when
the minimum system requirements in a game said windows
95/98/ME does this mean that xp is not compatable with
this game any information would help as you can see i
don't have much computer knowledge my computer is an
Intel Pentium 4 processor 2.40GHZ 512MB PC2100 DDR SDRAM
Memory 80GB hard drive Ge Force 2MX400 64MB if you need
more infor please let me know ok thanks so much your help

Hi Irma,

Right click that program file:
C:\Program Files\Cryo\Arthur's Knights\ARTHKNIA.exe
^-- or whichever drive / directory you installed it on and choose
to use Windows 95 or 98 Compatibility mode. Here's more ...

To run an installed program using Windows XP's Compatibility Mode,
first right click the program and "Send To..." / Desktop (create shortcut).

1.. Right click on the shortcut to the program.
2.. Click on Properties.
3.. Click on the Compatibility tab.
4.. Click on Run this program in compatibility mode and select one of these:
a.. Windows 95
b.. Windows 98
c.. Windows NT 4
d.. Windows 2000
5.. Under Display settings, check mark the mode that you think that is best:
a.. Run in 256 colors.
b.. Run in 640 X 480 screen resolution.
c.. Disable visual themes.

Click on Apply.Click on Ok.Double click on the program.

Of course, let's not forget to check for any patches or updates for that game.
