Starting new threads about the same problem seldom gets you help any
faster.

Also, putting too much of the message in ALL CAPITALS is treated
as shouting, and likely to make you get fewer answers.

Please don't use generic subject titles like "Please help me."
You already posted this issue correctly under "Server - How
do I find the correct server."

Try this: open your e-mail, click on "Tools"; go to 'Accounts' and click on
your account under 'Mail' then click the 'Properties' button.

Under 'General' you can type in 'mail.xxxxxxxx.net' (whatever your server is)

(name) whatever you receive e-mail as
(organization) you can leave blank
(e-mail address) put in what your e-mail address is
(reply address) put in what your e-mail address is

click the "Servers" tab at top and first box should read 'POP3'
(incoming mail POP3)- type in "mail.xxxx.xxxx (example: mail.comcast.com)
(outgoing mail SMTP)- same as above

put in your E-mail user name and password and click the 'Remember password'
box if you want it to do so.

Hope this helps-------------Ray M.
