please help me

alright I want to burn a data cd with my computer, but I put in the cd and
nothin pops up or anything, and then I go to my computer and its not even
readin it. every now and then but while its writing the disc it will say
somewhat into it tht it can't finish writing the disc.please help me I have
files I need to write to this disc.

Can you restart and delete all temp files.

Restart

Remove the CDROM in hardware and restart.

I will reinstall it.

In your programs is a Burner program you can open and test it. The program
that came with your cd burner.

You don't explain what kind of CD, what kind of CD writing software, or much
else. How can we help you.
