Please help ASAP, Offline Files access in windows xp

I have been using microsoft knowledge base article, found
at, http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;307853 . The article says Win XP for Professional
however, according to what I see, it should apply to home
as well. I have a client with Win XP Home and it does not
give me the options for "Offline folders" like it should.
Can someone who has got experience with this call me at
(614) 519-3026 (my cell) at any time. I have to get this
issue resolved ASAP. Please assist.

One correction - XP Home can access domain network resources. It just
can't be a member of a domain...

Offline files is not supported regardless of what type of server you
use in XP Home.
