PLEASE HELP, AGAIN, ASAP

Ok, I have quite an interesting problem. First of all, an
adaware program installed itself on my computer,
specifically "Incredifind" for which I followed
instructions to manually remove it>>successful. HOWEVER,
if I go into IE on a guest account (or non-admin) "This
Web Page Could Not Be Found" comes up, even though it
works flawlessly on the Admin accout. AOL works fine, AIM
works fine...just IE seems to think it cannot connect to
any websites, JUST on non-admin logon names. Please help
ASAP. Thanks a lot.
