Play DVD Without Optical Drive

I have a new laptop that does not have anb optical drive. Is there any way I
can play a DVD without buying an optical drive?

Could I use my other computer to copy it to a flash drive and play it from
there?

Something to try...

Explore the directory of the DVD and go to...
Video TS...

There will be several VOB files...

Copy the largest ones...probably 0.99 GB each
and there may be several.

The free VLC Media Player can play these files.

Hello,

Copy the entire VIDEO_TS folder to some folder in your hard drive.

Then when you want to play the DVD, open VLC and drag the whole VIDEO_TS
folder to VLC or your favorite DVD player software and the DVD should play
as if you are playing from the disc itself.
