Hi,
I have requirement wherein I two departments. One is
acounts and other department is technical. I don't want
administer these two groups seperately. I don't want
person, administering technical group computers, to manage
accounts group computers. Iwant to set these previleges at
OU level. is it possible to like that?..

Please let me know your views.

Yes, create two separate OU's for your two departments and put all user and
computer accounts beneath them. You can then run the delegation of control
wizard to assign permissions.

If I understand You correctly You want to have separate computer admins
for both OU - so ... create GPO at each OU level and in this GPO set
definition for administrators restricted group with proper person added
t it.
You will have separate admins account for this two OU's. aNd You can
delegate also right to manage users in this OU t two separate persons.
