place a shortcut to public folders in navigation pane

I want to put a Public Folder that is a Contact Folder as an option to check
mark it under the Contact Navigation Pane. In this view there is My Contacts
and then Current View. Somehow I added the Contact Folder which appeared
under "Other Contacts" and allowed me to click on my contacts or the public
contact folder. I unchecked it today and it disappeared and now I can't
figure out how I added it in the first place. Do you know how to do this?
Any help you can would be great, I know it can be done because I had it
working this way. Help!!

In the Folder List navigation pane, drag the folder to Public Folders\Favorites
