I'll propose that if it helps.

A month to submit program descriptions isn't enough? Where *have* you
been? ;)

That "description" doesn't inspire *me* to try the app. PL descriptions
usually are a blurb from the author's site touting the special
advantages of his/her app.

Missing info: program version, release date, file name, file size

I see Jim Scott supports the addition of this app. Post the missing info
and I'll list it.

I realized while using it today that they don't list an important aspect
of this- it runs from the exe file- no installation.

AFAICT this is the correct information:

Program description; download v 3.2 (.0.7) (2005-02-13)
[ xmplay32.zip (316 KB)]
http://www.un4seen.com/xmplay.html

Could someone verify that for me?
The current version is on the download page. I think what I wrote is
accurate. This page describe the versions, dates, and size:
http://xmparchive.rahdick.at/archive.htm

Hi dansheen,

We seem to be doing this the hard way. ESP doesn't always work. ;)
Including the link in your post is helpful - especially when it's an
unofficial archive and the only mention of it on the XMplay web site is
in the forum posts from Rah'Dick - who hosts the archive.

also in the forum:

XMPlay 3.2.0.7 bug thread
« on: 30 Jul '05 - 19:17 »

bug reports in July - release date of 11.08.05??? - something doesn't
fit. . . hmm. . . downloaded the file. The .exe is dated August 8,
2005 - quien sabe???

I found three download links for the current version on the XMplay web
site. The files all have the same name.

http://www.un4seen.com/files/xmplay32.zip
http://www.un4seen.us/files/xmplay32.zip
http://www.un4seen.co.uk/files/xmplay32.zip

Rah'Dick evidently renames the files so he can put many versions in the
same directory.

The author updates the version info on the description/download page as
an indication that the file has changed but he doesn't show the date the
updated was released. I'll use the official/author's information:

http://www.un4seen.com/

13 Feb '05 XMPlay 3.2 released

http://www.un4seen.com/xmplay.html

Current version: 3.2 (.0.7)
