Pivot Table Source

Hello I am trying to create a pivot table using data source from another
workbook . This source is a named range. I tried different ways but I'm
unable to connect the two. Whenever I try to insert named range it goes to
the current workbook and the name range does not appear. How ca I do this?

Hi

When you get to the point asking for range, choose Browse>navigate to
the Folder for the source>click on Filename>Enter Table name after the
full path that has bee inserted in the dialogue pane.

The source data can be Open or Closed.
