PiP in Credits

I have a Credit screen that came with movie maker, or on of the holiday packs
etc. that has a news paper that spins in. You can add a headline to this
paper, and there is a blue box on the paper that looks like a picture could
be added in. I can't figure out how to get the picture into the box. Is
there an easy way to do this?
