I can't view some pictures that are sent in emails or on some web pages. All
I can see is a blank box with a small red "X" in the upper left corner of the
box. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

If you are using Outlook Express...

Try going to...Tools / Options / Security tab
....and uncheck the following....

"Block images and other external content in
HTML mail" / Apply / OK.

For the web pages...it may help empty your
TIF folder...have a look at the following article:
