Picture behind cells

[Tronicbot]

I would like to know if anyone knows how to get a picture
to go behind the cells of a workbook. I know how to place
the picture in the background, but that will not work.
Since the picture doesn't print.

I need the picture and the spreadsheet to print. I also
need to have the cells on top of the picture.

Any help will be appreciated.

About the only thing I know that works is to run the paper through your
printer twice......once to print the picture and again to print the
spreadsheet on top of it.......if you don't have to do it too many times, it
will get the job done........
