Physical Memory Dump

Hi,
I have 2 Dimension E521 workstations that blue screen and do physical memory
dump during Remote Desktop sessions.
I have run hardware checks and all ok.
They both have 2gb RAM installed and 2046 mb paging file. I have
re-installed XPSP2.
Problem occurs when anything is copied to the host during session. I suspect
it is a memory setting but would appreciate help.
Thanks,
John
