Physical Memory Dump error...i think!! HELP!!!!

i'm desperate!!!

for some reason everytime i try and burn to CD or DVD my pc crashes
during the burning process. this happens every single time!

at one stage i think i got a blue screen with a 'Physical Memory Dump'
error, but i haven't seen that screen again, but my pc still reboots
during the burning process.

pls pls help

Hi

Try this:

Right click on My Computer, select Properties and then the Advanced tab.Click on Settings under 'Startup and Recovery' and then uncheck 'Automatically restart'. Next time your PC tries to restart you should see a Blue Screen. Could you please post the Stop Code that accompanies that BSOD?
