phpBB : Critical Error?

Just installed IE7 beta3 right over the top of IE6 a few days a go and
haven't had any complaints in fact i'm beginning to like tabbed browsing and
the printing options are a nice addition. But today I went to visit this
forum: http://www.nforcershq.com/forum/index.php and got this message:

Is this a IE error or a website error? Other websites are opening fine but
this one uses a log in to post.

I'm using IE 6 and get the same error so it's not IE7.
