If the file was created in MS Home Publishing
or MS Picture It!...you can open the file in any
version of MS Picture It! or MS Digital Image.
You could ask the sender to convert the file
to a different format (.jpg for example) and
resend it.
If you do not have Picture It! or Digital Image...
you can download a 60 day trial version from
the following site:
Microsoft Digital Image Starter Edition 2006
is a downloadable 60 day trial version with
much of the functionality of MS Digital Image
Suite 2006.
Once your 60 day trial period has ended, the
program will de-feature to minimal functionality.
Unlike the retail version...the trial does not
have the ability to create VCDs and does
not support RAW files.
