Hello "Microsoft Public Powerpoint" Friend,
I do have Microsoft Office XP. When someone sends me a pps file (with
songs and pictures, AND with a message on one of the pictures, for
instance a PROVERB with a nice picture as background) , I can now
open that file in Microsoft Powerpoint using "Save as" and then "Save
as type:Webpage" (as suggested by Luc Sanders of the group) and
extract all pictures and sounds. So far so good, however the picture
appears OK but the PROVERB is not on it ; so how do I get it? In
short, pictures come and can be extracted but without the writings on
them. Help!
Regards,
Urban

Hi,

Go to Save As and the type as an image (such as jpg). You will be asked if
you want to save every slide. Do so, and that will save each slide as it
appears on the slide as an image.
