Photo Story Sample

PapaJohn \(MVP\)

My newsletter this week is a tutorial about using Photo Story to make this 2
minute story....

www.papajohn.org/Newsletters/89-LasVegas.wmv

Some of it's features:
- 16:9 widescreen story - at 852x484 pixels
- all pix are movie frame snapshots taken by Movie Maker from DV-AVI
clips... the footage was taken by my sister-in-law Linda
- background texture/embedded URL by using Illusionnae
- composite pix made by Paint.NET
- narration from the DV-AVI clips was mixed with MP3 music by Movie Maker 2
- the final syncing of images and audio was done in PS3

Now that the sample is done, it's time to do the tutorial....

Fascinating, and I am sure the tutorial will be very helpful. I have one
small crit, however. I suspect that in an effort not to bore us ,you have
made most of the shots about two seconds too short! I needed just that bit
more to take in what some of them were, and to view the detail.

Many thanks for all you do here.

You don't have a pause button in Media Player?

What?
And ruin Papa's rhythm?
Still now he has explained, I will allow myself the luxury of pausing on
some frames - thanks!
