Photo Story 3 to Video

I have a project in Photo Story 3 using digital pics. I then burned it to a
video thru my DVD burner software in XP MCE. The video looks distorted when
it is viewed on a larger TV screen. The smaller the TV screen, the better
the video. Is there a way to correct this when producing the video before
burning it?

You can/could run the files before or after or both thru WM encoder 9 series,
download from WM home page/downloads scroll to encoder...In the encoder,
select convert audio/video
