Photo Printing Wizard

Please can somebody help me. Whenever I try to print a photo from My Pictures
with Photo Printing Wizard it does not print but a message comes up that says
that Photo Printing Wizard is "not responding" and it is driving me made. Can
any one tell me why this happens and how I can stop this from happening?

it could be because you have a printer driver problem, try copying and
pasting or opening the picture into microsoft paint and print it through that
app.
that help?
