Phone number doesn't format

I am using Outlook 2003. Typically, when entering phone numbers into a
Contact, you type in all 10 numbers (5075551212) and it automatically
formats as follows: (507) 555-1212. Since upgrading PC's and reinstalling on
the new one, I have noticed that when I enter phone numbers, it does NOT
format them with the parantheses, space and dash as before....it stays as a
straight 10 digit number. I cannot find anything in Outlook options that
turns this feature "on" or "off". Anyone have any suggestions? Cannot find
any help on Microsoft Support or Google. Thanks.

Formatting only occurs when you have defined your default dialing location
for your operating system.
