Phone dialer

I cannot get my modem line to show up in the phone dialer. All I get is
H.323 and IPCONF line. So, I can't use my modem to dial anyone. Any
suggestions?

Any one have any suggestions? I have Win 2000 and Office 2003 and I cannot
get my modem to show up on phone dialer. I've tried uninstalling it and
reinstalling, but Outlook does not recognize it!
