"Phishing filter" w/o MSN toolbar?

Is anyone familiar with the new MS Phishing Filter?

According to the webpage, it requires the MSN Toolbar to run -- but I
don't like to add toolbars because BHOs cause me so many other
problems.

Is there a way to get the functionality of the phishing filter w/o
installing the toolbar?

I run MSIE6SP1 on W2K-SP4 and on XPPro-SP2

I can't tell you how to do what you want but I have had the toolbar with
phister added a few weeks ago and have no problems with the toolbar and am
satisfied in what it does.

IE7 will include a Phishing filter but it's only in Beta1 stage right now.
