phillips software removal

hi can anyone help i want to remove phillips media manager but it wont let
me,i keep getting component transfer error, catastrophic failur in box it
also keeps freezing

Several things to try :

Re-install it on top of itself ( or do a repair installation) THEN uninstall
it. No luck ?

Then Ctrl Alt Del and shut down any process(es) relating to PMM. Then try
removing it. No luck ?

Once you've shut down the process(es) delete the files, clean any entries
that start up at boot-up (use the freeware Code Stuff Starter - Google for
it) then run a registry cleaner to get rid of the registry entries.

Did that work ?
