Personal web server

I have had difficulty publishing a copy of our intranet web to another drive.
I keep getting an error message that indicates that an error has occurred
accessing our FrontPage web files. Our server uses personal web server. Upon
checking the set up I noticed that it is set up using FrontPage98 server
extensions. We are currently using FrontPage 2000. Could this be the cause
of the problem I'm having with publishing and or copying this web to another
drive? The search form and hit counter do not work in our published web. If
this is the problem, how can I upgrade our personal web server with FrontPage
2000 server extensions? If I reinstall FrontPage, and or repair the FrontPage
server extensions, will that adversely effect the current web?

Personal Web Server hasn't been supported for a number of years. Your best
bet is to upgrade your OS to a version of Windows that comes with IIS. That
would be Win2K Pro, WinXP Pro, or any Windows Server product.
