personal folders, Exchange mailbox and outlook 2003

I have a user with outlook 2003. All of her email is
being moved from her Exchange 2000 mail box to her
Outlook personal folder. She does not how she set this
up and I cannot figure out how to stop it. I also need
to export all her email from her personal folder back to
her mailbox. Thanks for the help

Go to Tools > Email Accounts > Next > at the bottom of this page you should
see "Deliver new email to the following location" change the location back
to the mailbox.

And for part 2 of your question, no need for export, just drag and drop the
items from the personal folder back to the Exchange mailbox folders.

account will be deleted without reading.
