is there any way to enable users without administrative rights to install
hardware like USB flash disk without giving them administrative rights. i
have windows xp and it is working in domain (AD 2003)

I have 20 000 student here in the university and u can imagin how many of
them have USB flash disk and how many types.

the problem is not with the drive name the problem is with installing the
driver of the flash disk as the computer ask for the administrator name and
password to install the driver.
