Permissions on New User folders

When you create a new user in AD and you specify a home folder, a user folder
is also created. I remember in Win2000 the new folder's permissions would be
set to just the user, Admin and System. In W2K3 it gives Everyone and Domain
Users access. Can we change this at all so it does not do this??

It probably inherits these permissions from the parent folder.
