Permissions on backend database

Jerry

I have a FE/BE A2K solution that works fine when I link to
the BE using my id and password, however when I use the
admin id and password I get the following error:

3033: You do not have the necessary permissions to
use "xxx" object. Have the system administrator or person
who created this object establish the appropriate
permission for you.

In the FE I have set the Admin user to have Read Design,
Read, Update, Delete, Insert data. I have the same
settings on the BE database.

Thanks in advance for any help!
Jerry

Hi Jerry,

Make sure you are using the correct *.MDW (Workgroup Information File) when
accessing the BE database objects.
