Permissions needed to move computer objects from default OU's

Hi all,
I wanted to know what are the permissions I need to assign someone, so they
can only move computer objects from the default computers OU to some other
OU.

What re the permission needed on both these OU's?

Target OU - create computer objects, Full Control to computer objects.
