Permission dialog

When I run my application which checks Outlook for any new emails with a
particular sender,subject and content structure, I always get a dialog box
asking for permission which includes a drop down box to set a period from 1
to 10 minutes.

Is there any way that I can present credentials or automate to satisfy this
in C#?
