permanently deleting contacts

Bajanboy

Hi
I have unwanted contacts in my windows live messenger...persons i no
longer wish to speak to...but after I delete and block them, I can still find
them in options in the block list...there is also still an option to add them
back...I do not want this I need them gone for good, but I can't seem to find
a way to make this happen...why is this?...Why can't I permanently remove
them and not have them show up elsewhere?

Please tell me how to make these people go away...for good!

The other persons must delete your name out of their list. As long as
they don't do that, their names keep appearing in your list. So ask
them?

Hi,

Just to add -- you can right-click those names in the Privacy category in Options and choose
Delete. It's when that Delete option isn't available that they're still on your list and
need to be removed.

I don't really see the harm in keeping them there, if you have to go to a
certain menu, certain option, certain tab to see them, what's wrong with
that? Sorry to not be helpful from the start, but if you can tell me why
you'd like them gone, I'll try and figure it out.
