Permanent Removing from task bar

I have a task bar item that re occurs called
spiderserach.com Bar. I click and remove but it re occurs
EVERY time I launch the app. Any idea or suggestion on
how to delet that permanently from my IE Explorer? Virus
does not cath it but it seld installed and adds an icon
to my desktop.
