Performance Tools in Enterprise Archtect version?

Hi,

I have the Enterprise Architect version installed on one machine, and the
developper edition on another (VS.Net 2005).

To my surprise, the performance tools are only available (in the menu
system) on the developer instalation. Is that realy so? Is there a way to
get them in the Architect version too?

Thanks

Hi Gil,

Sorry, I'm afraid Performance tools are only available in Visual Studio
Team Edition for Software Developers. I also checked it on my Visual Studio
Team Edition for Architects version. It's not available in Architects
version.

Thanks WenYuan. Is there a way to add the performance tools to a machine
with the Archtect instalation.

If not I'll have to burn a day or more on uninstalling a reinstalling the
Developper version, and this after many descriptions of the Architect version
having all that's in the Developper version plus [...]

thanks again

Hi Gil,
Why would you think you have to uninstall Architect version first and then
install Developer version? I think you needn't do that. These two products
can be combined into one. You can install both Architect version and
Developer version on the same machine. If you start visual studio, you can
get all features from these two version. In short, you can install
Developer version on the same machine to add the performance tools to a
machine with the Archtect instalation.

Hope this help. Please let me know if you still have anything unclear.
Sincerely
Wen Yuan
