perfnet.dll error 2004

Hi,

I have seen perfnet.dll error 2004 occur in 2 successive boots of my system.
After the 2nd boot, I checked if the server service was running via the
command prompt and it is so I am not sure what is going on. Any ideas would
be appreciated.
