Perfilb Error after Installing .NET FrameWork 2.0

Hello
Running W2k with SP4 as terminalServer. After installing .NET 2.0 my
Eventlog is filling with this Events:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Perflib
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1008
Date: 17.01.2006
Time: 18:33:17
User: N/A
Computer:
Description:
