people who keep going into others name

hi
I am trying to block anyone from getting to my name, when
i am off this guy goes in my name, i was wonder how i can
stop anyone from going into my name but me! is there
anyway i can stop others from getting into my name. i have
tried changeing it but it doesn't work! he still got in!
