What can I do to make PDF files readable. Now they open in code.
Dialog box options not effective.
Just installed Adobe Acrobat Reader (freeware).
Just uninstalled Adobe Pro Tryout.
Thanx

You have most likely destroyed the filetype associations.

Easiest fix is to remove acrobat reader and install again.

More complex fix is to go into windows explorer, Tools; Folder
Options; File types. See if "pdf" is in the list of file types. If so,
press "change" and set it to adobe reader.

If its not in the list, press "new" and navigate to the adobe reader
executable and select it.

Thanx Rich,

Will try easy first. Then, if necessary....
I would speak for my dog, if I could. I don't have a clue about what,
if anything, he thinks. I just like him, feed him and know he enjoys
the mountains in Idaho.

Peace,

MickeyM
