You need to have one of the following, Adobe Acrobat Exchange (5.0)
Acrobat Professional (6.0) or Acrobat 7.0. There are some other vendor
who make programs which will convert documents to Acrobat PDF. Yo
cannot use Adobe Reader to accomplish this function . When you loa
Acrobat Exchange you will get a Icon on your menu bar to indicate Adob
Exchange or Professional has been installed and then you can click on i
and convert the excel document to PDF. Sometimes you need to Print th
document to a "file" for the best results. If you "print to file"
then you need to select Adobe Distiller as your printer, then add o
change the extension from ".prn" to ".ps" - then once the file ha
printed to the disk - just double-click the ".ps" file and it wil
